1992 Nissan Truck clutch problem

1992 Nissan Truck 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual

I have a 92 nissan pickup and the clutch has been slipping every once in a while. the clutch, slave cylander, and master have all been replaced and are only 2 years old. my question is did i just get a bad clutch or is the problem something else. any suggestions would be appreciated
