1988 Nissan Truck No lights

I have a 88 hardbody and i have no headlights taillights, or interor lights and the gauges dont work and no brake lights nothing, all i did was put a radio in it. And all the fuses are good. What could it be

I'd use a voltage tester on the fuse circuit. Even if the fuse is good, if no voltage on the circuit, the circuit is dead. You may have to recheck your radio wiring, it is best not splice into another circuit. If you can't read the diagram, you might try control + on your keypad to enlarge.
