1987 Nissan Truck fuel and oil mixture under valve cover

I have almost no power in my engine.
I have taken the valve cover off and there is a mixture of oil and gas in this area.
The truck was blowing black or dark gray smoke bad when you drive it.

Check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel pressure regulator and fuel pump.
