My truck is acting like the gas pedal is all the way to the floor, Why?

Is this a carbuerated or an EFI engine?

carburated. I've messed with the idling screw before this happened. And there are no springs missing. All the vacuum hoses are in decent condition and connected properly. I'm not sure what else to look for.
