yes i have a 1985 nissan kingcab 4x4 with the 2.4 liter 4 cylinder ive been having issues with the it sucking down oil really badly its blowing blue smoke out when it idles but clears up when i take off an drive down the road it also taps an sounds like its knockin a lil i took the valve cover off to inspect the valves an some of the rocker arms are looser then others an the timing chain feels a bit to loose should i replace the head an timing chain along with the tensioner ?????

Blowing blue smoke could be the valve seals as for the timing chain replce it along with the guides and tensioner-if you wish get a valve job-
