1985 Nissan Truck 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual 130k miles

well i put some mixed gas in my truck the other day because i ran out of gas well i had enough to get to the gas station but it still smokes. is that bad? and my truck smoked before i put mixed gas into it and i was told that the piston rings were going bad could i be losing compression?

If its bluish could be rings/valves/cylinder wear
