Battery Replacement, Car Won't Crank

I have a 1999 NIssan Sentra Limited Edition. It has been the most wonderful car. Yesterday I replaced the original battery with a new one. The car will not turn over. The battery is working because the lights come on, the a/c blows, etc. Is there something else I can do? Or does it sound like the starter got burned up?

Check these 2 fuses # 25 inside the car and out by the battery there is a box with a fuse check it as well...
