My turn signals and hazards don't work. Someone recommended I change the electronic flasher. I called Nissan and asked where the flasher is located and they told me if I take the cover right behind the steering wheel off where the turn signal switch/lever is, I'll find it. Is that true? The flasher I is bought is a yellow cylindrical shape whereas all I see next to the turn signal is a white cube that wires are plugged into. Is that the flasher? How do I take it out? I'm confused.

Front seating area, driver side, under dash, mounted on passenger side of steering column

it will be under the dash where your knees go when sitting down take that panel off and then look up under and it should be right next to the steering column, probably just clamped there
