Black smoke and not revving up

I have a 1989 Nissan Pulsar NX XE right now when it is revved up it won't go over 3 rpms and shakes with black smoke coming out of the tail pipe that smells like gas. I was wondering what the problem is, might it be the fuel injector or the whole engine.

You have a very rich engine. Have someone check the map sesnor and fuel pressure. Don't drive it. Good luck
