Need to know how the alternator is suppose to be wired for Nissan Stanza
Wagon Have manual, but cannot figure it out.
We recently spent over 3,000 dollars for a repair shop to make every go wrong in the car. We have flashing lights on dash when we start up for gas, door and brakes, the lights go away when the car is running high but when slowed down it bucks and does not want to go. I encountered same when we had alternator problem in past , but we cannot figure out how the alternator should be wired.

Hi George Forney,

Alternators comes in various types with a battery main terminal and 2, 3 or 4 socket pin.

Main mast = Battery
L = Charge light indicator circuit.
IG = Ignition key on power supply
FR = ECM
C = ECM (ELD circuit).
