1992 Nissan Maxima wont start in cold weather

1992 Nissan Maxima 6 cyl Automatic 176852 miles

my car was running fine until I had the spark plugs replaced then it wouldnt start in cold weather. It starts up fine in warm weather. In cold weather I have to jump it. I replaced the battery and it started twice but then wouldnt start. Took it to advance auto parts to have the starter and alternator checked and they told me it was battery which had been replaced a week before. Also advance told me something about the fly wheel. Please help me what could this be
