Engine cranks but does not start?

Hi,
The fuel pump relay is located under the hood in the intelligent power distribution module. I attached a pic below.
I have a question, are you sure the no-start is resulting from a fuel-related issue? Will it start if you use starting fluid and then stall right away?
If you haven't tried the starting fluid test, see what happens. If it starts and then stalls, we know it is a fuel-related issue. If there is no change, then it is likely being caused by an ignition issue at which point you need to check for spark at the plugs.
