I have a 1995 Nissan Altima. I went to start me car last night and there was no power. It was fine all day long. I got a jump and the car started, but while driving & using the turn signals, the dashboard lights flicker. They also flicker when turning on the heat, head lights, & radio. This morning the car would not start again. Is this just a battery issue or is this more of an alternator problem?

Sounds like a belt problem, check the belt to see if it is tight enough. If the belt is ok then the altinator output should be checked.
