can a faulty throttle body leak coolant into intake while engine is running at idle and eventually foul plugs enough to stall it?

Hello -The TBs do have coolant hoses going to them and it is possible due to seals, gaskets, eroded plugs etc for coolant to get inside the TB. If the leak is bad enough and there is more water in the cylinder than fuel then yes it would stall. As head gaskets blow the engine stops running at times due to the water. Also remember it's not just your plugs. All of the other sensors are going nuts trying to figure out what is going on also. You can cause more damage to many things by allowing it to continue.
