1997 Nissan Altima Temp. Go up in slow traffic

When I'm in stop & go traffic my car temp. Go up. I just change new water pump and new temperature senor. The repair shop did a presser test on the radiator and told me that is leaking but I don't see the leak.
What kind of repair do I need to make?

Hi there,

Have the radiator repaired and cleaned, replace the thermostat and check the cooling fan is coming on.

I did get a radiator flushed, replaced thermostat and cooling fan seem to run fine, when car turn off fan still run about other 30 sec. Before it off.
