Car wont start. Just replaced with new starter and new battery. Place key in ignition and get all lights but just a click. Provide a jump and may start after 1st try or a few after.

Hi there, this just may be dirty battery terminals, take of both and clean in a mixture of bi-carb soda & hot water, soak the ends in the solution, when they have stopped fizzing, clean with fresh water tip slowly over battery terminals as well and then clean with fine emery paper, check condition of mating surfaces of clamp and terminal, if in doubt fit new terminals.
