1990 Nissan 240SX engine shakes

There are a few things that could cause the shaking. Your motor mounts could be bad, your timing could be off, the car may not be getting enough fuel or air. The oil usage I think may be a different thing. The car is 18 years old so it could just have worn piston rings.
