1989 Nissan 240SX Hatch Release for Fuel-Door

Need Help -

the release for the rear hatch has not worked in a long time - I can deal with this -

BUT now the fuel-door for the gas wouldn't release - so I finally (from the inside) got the fuel-door open

BUT now the part that attached to the cable is broken. Can you help me find this part (or assembly), and do I also need to find a new cable?

FYI, the lever inside the car by the driver's door seems to be ok.

Thank you for the donation,

I feel that you won't be able to buy the part new on it's own, I think that you will have to get a new cable assembly, but you may have better luck at a wreckers, I would try this option first.
