I need to know if there is a manual pump to pump air out of fuel lines under the hood. It won’t start because I ran out of gas, put gas in but still won’t start and now I need to pump the air out of lines.

I haven't seen a MB with a priming pump since the old mechanical diesels from the 80's. Your vehicle being a gas engine wouldn't have one. Try this, turn the key to on then off, three times in about 20 seconds. Then turn the key to start for about 10 seconds. Repeat this a few times until the engine starts. If the engine doesn't start after about 4 attempts you will want to have someone listen at the fuel cap when you turn the key to the on position. They are listening to see if the fuel pump is coming on. The pump is cooled by the fuel that runs through it, with the mileage you show and it being run dry it is possible the pump has failed.
