Oh yes, this sounds like a bad TIPM which are very common. Here are the wiring diagrams so you can see what the TIPM powers and I have included how to change the TIPM out as well. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens. It is easy to replace because it-self learns so there is no programming.
