Hello, so today I was trying to replace my window regulator, but I found out that that part (in the picture which I don't know the name for;wooden part) was also broken. I was just wondering what's the name of that wooden clip? And where can I buy a piece of that? Basically, my window has 2 of those things and 1 of them snapped in half.
Also, where can I buy bolts/nuts usually? Car stores like O'reillys?

Thank you and have a great night!

P.S. My car is a 2002 Oldsmobile Alero Coupe by the way.

Are you saying the parts are made of wood? Are you sure? From the pic, I can't be 100% sure, but they appear to just be a mounting clip or retainer. Take them with you to a parts store when you get the bolts you need and see if they have something to replace them. Many parts stores have a section called the "Help" section which contains many odds and ends that are needed. Hopefully, they will have what you need.

If you don't find the bolts you need at a parts store, try a hardware store.

Yes, mine are wooden.

However, I am aware that they may be plastic in other stores. I think I found what I'm looking for on ebay they are called GRAND AM & ALERO window regulator repair sash clips set

Also, thanks for letting me know about getting bolts and screws. I seem to have lost 2, so I would need to find those.

Thanks again!
