Only the driver side windshield wiper is working. Does this mean something came loose with the other one?

Hi:
Chances are the linkage came apart. To check it, you need to remove the cowl at the base of the windshield (outside).

Let me know what you find.

Yes, i did find the windshield wiper linkage part is disconnected. its like a ball and socket part and it looks like it is worn out. When i went to the auto parts store they told me they dont carry this part for my car and would have to take my car to the dealer. Any suggestions or then having to pay dealer costs?

Hi:
Yes it is a dealer part. Have you checked salvage yards?
