My whole driver door won't work

Ok I had my knock Spencer's replaced and now my driver side door won't work? I can't role up my window or lock my left door or open my mirrors but my right side works I check all my fuses they are ok and the guy that worked on my truck he used a scaner maybe he did something with the scanner?

I see no connection between working on the engine and the drivers door components. You could have a wiring or switch issue but it needs to be diagnosed properly by an electrical tech using a wiring diagram.
