Transmission noise when it starts running and shifts into 3?

My transmission makes a railing noise when it starts running and shifts into 3 shifts then it runs fine.

That is a bummer, you might want to try changing the fluid and filter, but it sounds like you have a planetary gear set that is bad inside the transmission, and it will need to be rebuilt. To be sure, can you please upload a short video of the car making the noise? This guide can help, and I have included instructions in the images below for your car.

Also, while the pan is off you can look for metal which is a sign the transmission is hurt internally.
