My engine will not start but cranks

I had done a DPF (diesel particulate filter) delete and now there is more problems than before.

Not a surprise. The engine can monitor the DPF and all of it's components, when it does not see the input from the sensors that it is there or if it has decided that it needs a regen but cannot complete one because it does not sense the pressure changes in the DPF, it will not start. Not to mention that if it is in the U.S. That process is in violation of Federal Law.
