More then likely this is a battery issue but not the battery in the key fob. This is more likely a vehicle battery issue. I would suggest we start with load testing the battery and make sure it is okay and then go from there.

Once we know the battery is ok we can go from there. However, if that is ok we need to clarify how you are locking the doors when this happens. Are you using the key in the door and does it do it every time?
As for someone doing it wirelessly, that is unlikely. Clearly it is possible but that would take a lot of effort to do this on this vehicle and would not be something to worry about. I suspect the battery is weak and the vehicle is just acting up due to this.
