I have a Chrysler Pacific 2004 no start issue. I have put a brand new battery, a new starter, brand new alternator, brand new ignition switch, brand new. I am ground wire from the negative battery cable to solenoid and brand new battery cable to from the battery to the starter we proceeded to put the ground wire on to the solenoid and it turned right over, but then it started doing the same thing it was doing before it turned over. Please I need help with something, I do not know why it will not turn over. Everything is brand new inside the car. Please get back to me as soon as possible. Thank you

This may be a security issue which is quite common when battery is replaced. it is so it will not get stolen. See our link that may help if not get back to us.

Re read the instructions everything is done through ighition switch. Yours may have to lock driver's door with key then unlock then try to start but re read the link I sent

It may be your negative ground cable you said it went to a solenoid, it shouldn't see pic for location where it should go it means on the block an dbody. also check your asd relay it may not be allowing it to start then check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it see link finally scan for codes.
