Codes P2106, P2173 and P2195, the car starts, revs, then shuts off?

Hello all, I am a new driver with the vehicle listed above and recently have had some trouble starting the car, because I’m not heaps knowledgeable with the mechanics of cars besides the basics, I thought I’d post in here for answers or at least a lead to what the issue could be. Here are the listed issues:

The car starts, starts revving high, then turns off with a check engine light present (lights and AC stay on).

The diagnosis scanner reads the following error codes: P2106 (PCM forced the car to go into reduced power mode) - P2173 (too much airflow to the engine) - P2195 (Sensor detects a problem with the mixture of fuel and air).

I’ve been told by my stepdad that it’s most likely an issue with the o2 sensor. If anyone can help me out or has any ideas of what it could be that needs fixing or inspected let me know, cheers! Also, happy to give more info in the comments.
