Hello,

Black smoke is an indication of two much fuel being burnt in the combustion chambers of your engine. Here is a link for you to go to below:

Is your Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) or "check engine" light illuminated?

Thanks,
Alex

Hello and welcome to 2carpros. As SCWICKEDSTANG stated on there earlier post, is there a check engine light on? If you have any faults codes for misfires on one bank only for example P0301, P0303, and P0305 then that would indicate a bad oil control valve or faulty air fuel ratio sensor. I just used those codes for example. You may have a P0302, P0304, and P0306 indicating. Bank2 fault? If you can provide additional information that would helps us try to give you better advise as to where to look for the fault.
