Motor will not roll over or engage starter

My car has power to everything and battery was tested and was good. But when you turn the key it will not roll over or even engage the starter. If you hook up a battery charger to it on charge it starts up right away though. Car does have a MSD 6AL ignition.

That sounds like the battery terminal connections are loose.

Yes, loose or corroded battery connection or poor ground connection would cause that. A marginal connection would still power the lower draw items but when you load it with the high draw starter it cannot carry enough amperage to turn the starter motor over.
