Oh did I do it!

Had a perfect running 22RE stock pickup with original miles and no issues at all.

Do not know what I was thinking, but I thought I was down a quart in this truck (as I have two Toyota's) and I put oil in the wrong truck after little sleep the night before. Anyway too much oil like a quart over in a perfectly great little truck.
Not realizing what I I did it began to run real rough and eventually choked out. Then it hit me. OMG! Pulled oil pan plug immediately and got oil to correct level.

Pulled loaded-up plugs and replaced them. Turned it over and it will fire, run for like five seconds and shuts off. Turn key same scenario.

Pulled upstream oxygen sensor which was very sooty/black. Replaced it. Same deal; starts and runs for five seconds and shuts off.

When I attempt to use throttle to keep running, no go.

Pulled cold-start injector. It was super dirty. Cleaned it real well and had helper turn it over and observed great gas spraying from it (normal) no issue here.

Put cold start injector back in and same scenario; starts but will not stay running.

My guess is oil has possibly plugged the four remaining injectors?

As it is only running on cold start fuel?

All advice or direction most appreciated!

Was the oil over filled by one quart or five quarts? One quart there should be no problems but five is another story. When the engine stalls does it have spark?

Here is a guide to help us see which system is failing:

Please run this test and get back to us.
