My motor is blown I heard tell that the 2.4 blows very easily! Can I possible put another motor in my Nissan pickup truck besides the 2.4 liter?

I disagree with the assessment on the engine. the 2.4 was a good engine as long as it was maintained, just like any other motor.
Yes, they offered a V6 3.0 as an option. You would need to get a donor truck and secure the complete engine harness, mounts and exhaust system.
