Hey MANYATHELA,

If you have tried jump starting the vehicle and it turns over and is not slow to crank then i would advise you do not have a battery/starter issue.

Does it try to fire but not run?

Do you have access to a scanner?

Guide to checking for fault codes below.

Checking for codes is a good way to narrow down causes of the fault initially and can save a lot of time.

The next things to check would be fuel delivery, ignition and if it is not trying to fire at all an immobilizer issue.

Regards, Joe
