Starting Problem during Cold Morning

I have Mitsubishi Galant 95 since last one week I am facing one problem that during morning or whenever car remains idle for few hours there is a starting problem it takes 30-40 minutes to start the car it happens after I clean my carburator 2 weeks ago
Please advice

Carb cleaners can very easyly foul a spark plug. I dont use them! Have your plugs changed out. Fill your tank wiyh premium gas and add two(double dose) of chevron techron product. I have had very good luck with this product. Good luck
