I replaced the o2 sensor, retimed engine, regapped distrubator,
truck starts out fine gets to about 45mph then suddenly now power, like you ran out of gas. If you punch the pedal nothing. Take foot of pedal
for a few moments hit the pedal again your going till it hits 45/50 mph
help please

Sounds to me like you are running out of gas. Checck fuel pressure. Also, you may want to check the gas tank vent. If its not venting it will only allow a little gas to feed the engine therefore stalling when it calls for more fuel. Try running with the gas cap loose or off.
