2002 Mitsubishi Montero Automatic 132179 miles

When I got out of the car it smelled like oil was leaking. I looked underneath and didn't see anything, however when I looked under the fenderwell that is where I saw the oil. When I went to the rear of the car I seen that there was water or condensation coming out of the tail pipe. With what I just told you can you please give me an idea as to what is wrong.

Hi
Take a look at the CV boot it is probably torn slinging grease on fender well. The condesation would not worry if it running fine O2 and water is what is supposed to come out. As long as you are not fogging up the neighborhood your good.
