Have an oil leak on my mitsubishi montero 2003 already had valve gaskets replace and head gasket replace what can it be the mechanic told me either oil pan or my front crank seal. Leak is dripping on exhaust pipe cause i smell the oil burning sometimes plus the oil is not showing spots on the ground. What can it be ?

Hello,

Ok, from what I can see in the pics you posted it is most likely the rear main seal. And the reason your not seeing oil on the ground is because it is dripping on the exhaust and burning off. Could you post a couple pics of were the Engine and Tranny come together... Also is there and inspection plate across the area were the starter is mounted...

If there is and inspection plate remove it and if there is oil inside then that will confirm rear main seal leak.
