Im not sure of a '' screaming squeaking '' sound but I do know of a squeaking. Do you have a vibration in the steering wheel and/OR the dash board too. Possibly at idle? If the answer is yes you have a bad engine mount. To test this have someone stand in front of your car, hood popped, hold the brake and switch from drive to reverse. See if the motor mount moves alot. If there is alot of movement it is the mount.
I have a newer model by a few years but I had a squeak at the bumps. Thought it was my suspension. Then brake pads, then my rotors. It was my right side motor mount. They are about $60- 150 altogether, and it takes 15 -20minutes or so to put each one in.
The sound sounded like it came from the dash and passenger side by the glove box.
If not it could be a bad rotor that needs to be resurfaced. Hope this helped.
