Misfiring, will not accelerate and loses power

After driving on the highway several hours all of a sudden vehicle started cutting out, wouldn't accelerate and power went down. Pulled over checked under hood and all fluid levels were fine. After letting the car rest it started up just fine as long as we didnt turn anything else on like defrost and didn't push it we made it farther down the road. Had battery checked and it was 100% and check light code when checked was random misfires.

This could be a couple different things so we need to start checking the basics. First would be the fuel pressure. Here is a guide that will help with this:

If the fuel pressure is ok then this guide will help with the other common causes of misfires.

However, if you have the random misfire code P0300 and nothing else then that means there is something affecting all the cylinders which would be air or fuel. This means we may have an air intake sensor or o2 sensor issue.

So let's start with this and we can get into the possible sensor issue once we know fuel pressure is okay. Thanks
