Driving two weeks ago, and it started to lose power. My EPC, check engine light and ESP light came on and the car was misfiring. I took it to a local mechanic who used a diagnostic tool which stated it was a fuel injector issue. He has changed the fuel injector and the spark plugs but it is still causing the same issue. I am unsure what to do next, please help!

Hello,

The first step would be to scan the vehicle and retrieve the code(s) for the check engine light.
It could misfire for having worn spark plugs but it could be due to other components as well, like bad coil or module.
Do you happen to know the code(s)?
If not, you can take it to your local auto parts store and most of them have scanners and they will scan and give you the code(s).

Here is a helpful guide:

The EPC and ESP are likely related to traction control issues. Which can also be scanned with the right type of scanners to diagnose the cause.

Please let me know what code(s) that you find.
Thank you.
