Hi there,

Everytime I hoot my car jerks and also my oil light comes on and when I have the bright lights it makes a sound?

My translation-
"When I honk the horn the car hesitates and the oil pressure warning light comes on."
then-
"When the high beams are on there is some sort of sound."

Both of those problems are definitely an electrical problem. But there are so many components involved it is too difficult to diagnose from a computer.
Most likely related to the ignition switch, steering column wiring, and/or the instrument cluster.
