Misfire, stalls, low power

Hello,

My daughter's car set codes PO300, PO301, PO304. EPC light also came on.
She had the car lose power on the freeway, and when she got the car on city streets it stalled, and when restarted it would only go about ten to fifteen MPH. It stalled at every light she stopped at.
I looked at the car and the engine idles a little rough, but not too bad. It drove okay on a short trip. I cleaned the throttle body, but the problem came back on a longer trip.

Any help you can give me will be appreciated.
