Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.com.
A rough idle can be caused by many things. Take a look through these links.

If nothing there helps, I need to know if the check engine light stays on when the engine is running. If it does, I suggest having the computer scanned to determine what diagnostic trouble code is stored in the system. Here is a quick video showing how that is done:

I realize most people do not have a scanner, but most parts stores will scan it for free. So, if the light is staying on, have that done and let me know what you find.
I hope this helps. Please keep in mind, there are many things that can cause a rough idle and stalling. Things such as engine vacuum leaks, low fuel pressure, the need for a tune up, a plugged air filter, (the list goes on and on) can cause the issues.
Take a look through that link and if necessary, have the computer scanned. Let me know what you find so I can better direct you.
Take care,
Joe
