Hey I have a 95 mercury villager. It has about 95,000 miles on it. Everytime I turn on the car I smell burning gas. I assumed I need an oil change. I got my oil change and the care ran well. I had a couple of thins replaced like the oil can filter and a paper like filter wich I dont know the name of. Anyway the car ran well and with no smell of gas once the oil change wus done. But when I took the car out again the smell came back. What could it be?

On a car this age. Check the filler tube, it's the tube that runs from were you put the gas in, to the gas tank, they do develop pinhole rust.
