My car started to run like it was missing. So I checked the spark plugs and either #1 or #4 cylinder was wet around the end of the spark plug like it was not burning the fuel. I checked for spark and it was there. What would cause this?[/b]

Start cheap and easy. Replace the plug. Next thought would be a plug wire. Try some fuel injector cleaner, it can't hurt anything and will help if your injector is leaking.

Good luck and let us know. :)
