cooling fan switch

Hi,I have a 96 Mercury Tracer wagon with 135000 miles and is an automatic,I can not find where the cooling fan switch is located so that I can replace it.Please help Thank you

According to my locator, it is on the engine near where the upper rad hose connects to the engine, sorry ifit is a little vague, so was the description and picture in my software.
