Unfortunately anti theft systems are not that easy to just switch off, that would really defeat the purpose of the system, you can't just pull a fuse or cut a wire, it is far more complex than that, i can post a test procedure for no remote system diagnosis, but you will need some equipment, see caution note below and post back if you feel you are able to do this test and i will post the procedure in full.
