2000 Mercury Sable 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 103k miles

1.TPS code comes up when comuter is scanned.

are my oxygen sensors going bad?

2. in cold weather, car bucks a few times while accelerating until engine is warm.
if i let it warm up before driving in cold weather, drives smoothe.

is TPS code making it do this?

Hello,

If the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) is the only code you get then you most likely need to replace the TPS.

If there were codes for the O2 Sensors then good posibility of on or more going bad.

Yes the TPS can be at fault for cold weather problem.
