Could you tell me where the PCM relay is located.

Yes it is sitting on top of the heater plenum inside the car but the connector is under the hood here are 2 diagrams to show you the location and how to remove it.

Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
