1999 Mercury Sable 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive 130000 miles

I recently replaced the blower fan because it stopped working and it still is't working its not getting power I think its a relay fuse but not sure what is it and if it is the fuse where exacly is it.

Check fuse #13 in the car ans 11 under the hood, that will be a Max fuse 40 amp.
